IT’S that time of year again, where the legendary EA FC football game franchise returns with a new title and enhanced features.

The latest game features new ways of staying on top of your ultimate team. Here, we tell you about how you can download and use them.

What time is the EA FC 27 Companion App out today?

The FC 27 Companion App will go live this evening at 6pm BST in the UK.

This comes after the FC 27 Web App went live at 6pm yesterday evening.

Whilst FC 27 is available on Nintendo Switch, the Companion App will not be usable on that particular console.

What does the Companion App do?

The FC 27 Web App and Companion App allow you to manage your Ultimate Team squad from your phone or PC.

This includes opening packs, transferring players and building your Ultimate Team squad.

Basically, you are able to do everything other than play the matches on the apps.

The Companion App will be available to download from both the App Store and Play Store.

When does EA FC 27 get released?

EA FC 27 will be released on Friday, September 25.

If you purchase the Ultimate Edition of the game, you will be given up to seven days of early access.
