The child – believed to be aged five or six – was lowered some 25ft before being pulled back up in a that risked his life.

Cops and state prosecutors have launched an urgent probe into the horrifying incident.

The father’s friends who watched and filmed the mindless act and rather than intervene to stop it were heard laughing.

The child can be heard shouting “hold me” as he was bundled out of the window into the freezing night.

But he was simply told to “hold onto the rope.”

The father then rallies his friends to catch the moment on camera, shouting “Olya, film it, film it”.

But the child continues to beg: “Hold me, hold me.”

As the boy is lowered down the 80ft drop, a woman’s voice can suddenly be heard demanding, “lift him up”.

Someone then shouts: “Climb up, be careful with your hands.”

The father, who has not been identified at this stage, laughs as he pulls his son back through the window.

He triumphantly brags: “That’s it.”

Amid a storm of protest on social media, Voronezh Regional Prosecutor’s Office said it had “launched an investigation following media reports about an incident involving a minor.”

A statement said: “While drinking alcohol, a man subjected a boy to an extreme stunt by lowering him on a rope from a window of a multi-storey residential building in the city of Voronezh, and then pulling him back up, thereby putting the child’s life at risk.”

The parents would be investigated over the incident and the child protection authorities would be involved, said a statement.

The regional governor in Voronezh said it had not yet been established that the appalling incident had happened in the city.

Blogger Anna Saparina, 36, is under investigation by police and child protection authorities after posting a video of the sick stunt to social media.

Footage showed her son Stas lying inside the industrial-sized vacuum bag on the floor of their family flat.

The clip begins with Stas taking a deep breath and counting “one, two, three,” before Saparina quickly zips the bag shut and announces: “Let’s go!”

She then presses a vacuum cleaner hose to the bag’s valve and begins sucking the air out.

Within seconds Stas emits a strangled, panicked cry — “Mama!”, but his voice is muffled by the collapsing plastic film pressing to his face.

Saparina unseals the bag, and Stas, visibly relieved, grins and flashes a thumbs-up as he gulps in fresh air.

The video, which has since sparked online outrage, had the caption “This was the third week of the sick leave” inset onto the screen.
