In all of the videos, Scott was behind the wheel despite already being disqualified for five years in December 2024.
The reckless driver and drug dealer was hauled before Norwich Crown Court on Thursday.
In an earlier hearing he had plead guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession of and dangerous driving.
Scott, of Spinney Drive in East Harling, was jailed for three years and nine months and banned from driving for 10 years.
Officers arrested him on December 12 last year after officers recognised him as being wanted for drug offences.
During the arrest, cops seized his mobile phone.
They later discovered it had been used to help supply cocaine across the Breckland area.
But officers were stunned when they also uncovered the self-recorded driving videos showing Scott speeding and using his phone at the wheel.
Investigating officer PC Charlie Large said: “John Scott showed a total disregard for the safety of others — both through his involvement in drug supply and his dangerous driving.
“We know cause real harm within our communities – destroying lives and fuelling further criminality.
“We are committed to tackling those like Scott who choose to profit from this misery.
“Furthermore Scott’s repeated use of his mobile phone while driving, combined with the excessive speeds he filmed himself reaching, is astounding.
“It is remarkable that no one was hurt.
“I hope today’s sentence serves as a deterrent to anyone considering becoming involved in drug supply or engaging in such reckless behaviour behind the wheel on Norfolk’s roads.”
