A DRIVER has been charged over the death of a young man, 20, who was found dead next to a quad bike.

Officers were called to the incident on May 31 at around 4.50am and pronounced the youngster dead at the scene.
A burnt out was later located in the Dowlais area of Merthyr Tydfil.
Gwent have now charged a 41-year-old man with causing death by driving a vehicle.
He has also been charged with driving while unlicensed/uninsured, perverting the course of justice, and failing to stop after a road accident.
In an emotional post on Facebook Ethan’s heartbroken mum Emma wrote: “My heart breaks. You were such a kind, loving soul and we all know you absolutely idolised your sister and would do anything for anyone.
“You will always live on in our hearts, our heads and our family and we will remember you daily.
“Taken way way too soon, you had so much life ahead of you.
“Rest in peace my sweetheart, forever loved!”
Others paid tribute to Ethan as “such a kind boy” who “could light up a room with his character”.
Another said he was a “sweet lad who always had a smile on his face.”
Meanwhile friend Jake Williams said he “lost not only my best friend but my brother”.
“You were truly one of a kind my boy you were unbelievably funny I have so many stories on how dull and funny you were,” he wrote.
“You was take for us far to soon and you will always be my brother.”
The 41-year-old man, from Merthyr Tydfil, has been released on conditional bail.
He is set to appear at in January.
Meanwhile four other men, aged 34, 37, 42, and 45, from Merthyr, as well as a 44-year-old man from Blaenau Gwent, were previously arrested.
They were detained on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and assisting an offender.
They have since been released with no further action.
