A MOTHER has revealed that she ditched the UK and moved to Cyprus.
Now, not only does Rose Richardson and her Craig pay far less for their , but their are much less too.




In fact, the couple, who now work remotely, are able to over £9,000 a year thanks to the cheaper in .
Posting on , Rose revealed the seven reasons she , leaving many stunned.
Not only was she keen to get away from the “failing NHS” after feeling fed up with waiting “six weeks for a doctor’s appointment, eight weeks for treatment and 12 weeks for operations,” but it was also the cheaper that attracted her and her husband to Cyprus.
She explained: “ was at an all time high, wages hadn’t increased – although we had well-paid , having less and less to show at the end of the month started to seem pointless, if not stupid.”
The couple were also after more of a work/life balance, as Rose added: “We had one day per week to enjoy as a family and knew that this couldn’t be it – there had to be more to life than paying for a house we never had time to live in.”

The mother was left stunned after reading the when she noticed a 13-year-old had been found with stabbing injuries next to the A63, which was the “turning point” for Rose and Craig.
Rose acknowledged: “Crime had been increasing for a long time but it seemed to be getting closer to home.”
Schooling was also a factor for the parents, as Rose shared: “We knew we didn’t want our daughter to be trapped in an where one size fits all – the only way to combat this and minimise stressful transitions was to leave before she started school.”
Additionally, Rose wanted “more” for her daughter and was desperate to improve her little darling’s childhood.
She admitted to wanting “more sun, more family time, more stories to tell, more roaming free along the shoreline, more staying up to watch the sun set, more wildlife, more culture.”
Since , not only is Rose able to teach her daughter that “life isn’t limited to where you’re born” and that “possibilities are endless,” but she is also able to save a staggering amount of every year thanks to a .

Rose claimed that her daughter now goes to full-time in Cyprus, compared to three days a week in the UK.
Her nursery fees are now £185 less a month, which saves her £2,220 a year.
Not only this, but the also goes to unlimited in Cyprus, which saves her £22 a month and £264 a year compared to what she was paying in the UK.
Additionally, her is £35 cheaper a month and £429 less a year, while her weekly food shop is £52 less a month, which works out to a saving of £624 every 12 months.

And that’s not all, as Rose has a smaller WiFi bill in Cyprus too – while it used to cost her £50 a month, she now pays just €18, which works out to a £34.35 monthly saving and £412.20 extra in her bank every year.
As well as this, is a lot cheaper abroad and works out at £229.50 a year less for Rose.
Rose is also able to ensure a huge saving on her electricity bill too – while she used to pay £550 a month, it now costs her €180 a month, which saves her a whopping £393 a month and £4,721 a year.
Her phone bill is also half the price, ensuring Rose has an extra £11.30 a month and £135.60 every 12 months.
And you may be gobsmacked to see her impressive saving – as she confessed she now saves £168 a month and £2,020 on the once very big cost.

The couple used to rent a four-bedroom detached home in the UK for £1,700 a month, but now, they live in a four-bedroom detached home with a swimming pool, for €2,000 a month.
With their rent, they pay £39 a month more, which works out to an additional £468 a year.
In total, Rose saves £778.28 a month and £9,339.30 a year thanks to her new life abroad.
