Posting on TikTok under the username ‘Roaming Sunshine,’ she provided viewers with an inside look at her residence.

She confirmed that she discovered the property, which is “right in the center of town,” on a rental platform.

The home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is situated in Hua Hin, a popular tourist destination boasting beaches, mountains, temples, night markets, and water parks.

According to the ONS , the average rent in the UK is £1,301.

Fortunately for this mother, she pays a fraction of that in Thailand’s northern region.

Giving a “house tour,” the mother stated: “We’ve just moved here to Hua Hin, and this is what £500 a month will get you.”

Alongside a “super cute swimming pool” with a jacuzzi, the property also features a carport.

Additionally, there’s a lounge area and “a fully equipped kitchen that includes a spacious refrigerator, an oven, and a stove.”

But that’s not all; the home even boasts an outdoor area that is “perfect for relaxing in the shade.”
