At just 4ft, Tiffani, from , is medically considered to be a ”” – although she also likes to call herself ”a little person”.
The loved-up duo have known each other for 11 years – and despite cruel trolls insisting it looks like Austin is , the pair continue to share their journey on .
According to the couple, Tiffani is also more than capable to give birth to a normal-sized child despite her condition, as she’s ”no different” than anyone else.
”Just because I’m little doesn’t mean everything inside of me is too. We have the same anatomy,” the pint-sized beauty said in a recent clip .
”In severe cases, yes, people have died. But with proper medical attention and preparation, anything is possible.”
Looking back at their relationship, Tiffani confessed she likes her men ”bigger” – as that’s ”better”.
”God forbid I want a man that can protect me,” she chuckled in another video .
The pair regularly post videos of their life online, including ”things that make sense” in their height difference relationship.
As well as having significantly smaller hands and feet, Tiffani also struggles to keep up with her husband – who has to shop at the ”Big and Tall” section.
When going for a smooch, their viral video showed , Austin has to lean down quite a bit to reach Tiffani who’s lightly above his waist.
Meanwhile, when the two want to hug, the tall hubby ends up hugging air, the pair chuckled in the clip.
To make sure Tiffani can go on about her fay without constantly asking for help, the pair have also placed ”stools everywhere” around their .
These include stools in the so she could reach the cupboards, as well as one in the bathroom to help Tiffani reach the sink without relying on Austin.
The said stools, she added, are also the reason Austin keeps ”breaking” his toes.

Hitting back at those who wondered if their relationship was ”legal”, Tiffani said: ”Most do [think it’s ok], the people that don’t need to have their hard drives checked.”
One woman wrote: ”Im 5′ on the dot. My ex husband was 7′. This is EXACTLY what it looked like.”
