Who is Caroline Dubois?

is a British professional boxer who was born on January 11, 2001, in Enfield, London.

Caroline is one of eleven children, including her older brother and former IBF heavyweight world champion .

She was raised in a single-parent family by her father, who is a native of .

Caroline started when she was nine, and her father wanted her to practice at the top club where Daniel trained.

During her first few months at Repton Amateur Boxing Club, Caroline pretended to be a boy named Colin.

How many titles has Caroline Dubois won?

Caroline had a highly successful amateur career before turning pro.

She is a former Youth champion, and has won the European Junior Boxing Championships four times.

The boxer won the European Junior Boxing Championships in 2016 at 54kg, and in 2017, 2018 and 2019 in the 60kg weight class.

She became the Women’s Youth World Boxing Champion in 2018, and in the same year became Youth Olympic Champion, bringing home the girls’ lightweight gold medal.

Caroline has also won the English National Youth Championships twice in 2018 and 2019.

One of her biggest opponents in youth competitions was Russian fighter Nune Asatryan, who Caroline faced in the final of the 2017 European Junior Championships.

Caroline beat her by a unanimous points decision in the final, taking the title.

Her next fight was the final of the England National Youth Championships, where she won against Wenessa Orczwk by unanimous decision.

After these youth championships, Caroline was named BBC Young in 2019.

In February 2020, Caroline expressed her ambition to turn professional.

Caroline qualified for the 2020 Summer Olympics but was knocked after losing to Sudaporn Seesondee, the Thai fighter who went on to win the bronze medal.

In February 2022, Caroline won her first professional bout on points with a .

She made her way into the ring accompanied by the trademark tune of Sweet Caroline, which she continues to use as her ring walk music.

As of December 17, 2025, Caroline has maintained an impressive undefeated pro record of 11 wins, zero losses and one draw, with a knockout ratio of 45 per cent.

The lightweight fighter captured the interim WBC lightweight title in August 2024 with a dominant .

She was elevated to full WBC champion in December 2024 after Katie Taylor vacated the belt.

Dubois has made two title defences – a technical draw against Jessica Camara in January 2025, due to an accidental headbutt, and a majority decision victory over Bo Mi Re Shin in March 2025.

Who is Caroline’s brother Daniel Dubois?

is a British boxer who was born on September 6, 1997, in Greenwich, London.

As an amateur, he was five-time national junior title holder and British champion.

At regional level Daniel held multiple heavyweight championships including British and Commonwealth titles from 2019 to 2020.

After turning pro he held the World Boxing Association (WBA) (regular) heavyweight title from 2022 to August 2023.

In June 2022, he knocked out the in the fourth round to claim the belt.

He made a in December 2022, where he turned the fight around to claim a TKO victory after being dropped three times in the first round.

Dubois controversially lost the WBA belt to Oleksandr Usyk in August 2023.

The British boxer floored Usyk in the fifth round, but the punch was deemed a low-blow by the referee, who then allowed The Cat almost four minutes to recover.

went on to stop the Brit in the ninth round and maintain his stunning unbeaten record.

Dubois’ first full world title came in June 2024, when he was elevated to full IBF heavyweight champion after Usyk vacated the IBF belt.

In September 2024, he made an emphatic first defence, delivering a stunning fifth-round at Wembley Stadium in London.

Daniel Dubois lost his IBF heavyweight title to Oleksandr Usyk on July 19, 2025, in their rematch at Wembley Stadium in London.
