The 34-year-old former star was spotted leaving the gym on Monday with his hands in his pocket as he walked to his car.
Dan was wearing a long sleeve zipped top with tight black shorts and a pair of trainers as he made his way home following his workout.
The reality star cracked a smile at one point as he showed off his pearly white teeth while chatting away to a friend.
His sighting comes as it was announced he and his star wife, 33, have called it quits after living separately for months.
A source close to Dan told The Sun: “Everyone knows they’ve had their troubles, but after spending some time apart this year, they’ve decided to make the split permanent.
“Their two daughters are their main priority.”
In a surprise plot twist, friends say Dan has experienced doubts about going through with the divorce — but Jacqueline stood her ground.
Our insider revealed: “After all Jac’s been through, she’s finally had enough. They’ve been living separate lives all this year and she’s over it.
“There’s only so many times she can put herself through living in limbo and taking him back.
“She has mentally checked out and Dan has panicked.
“He’s worried the grass isn’t greener and has had the shock of his life that he’s pushed Jac too far this time.”

A friend of Dan’s told The Sun: “Dan loves his family more than anything and is very upset by it all.
“He is tired of being tarnished by the mistakes he made in his 20s – that doesn’t define him as a person.
“When it came out about the break up he faced horrific trolling. It’s unfair. He wanted to make it work with the mother of his kids more than anything.
“But small-minded trolls want to blame his past on why the relationship is over.
“Dan certainly is not that person anymore and has learnt and grown from the past.
“All he wants is a clean slate and not to be labelled by his actions from the past.”
Our insider added: “Dan’s thrown himself into work. He wants to focus on his business Prize Paradise which is helping him change people’s lives.
“But most importantly, Dan will keep trying to be the best dad he can be. His kids are his world.
“Being a present dad and good businessman who can give his family what they deserve is all that matters to him.”
The two in 2017 and are proud parents to daughters, Ella, 11 and seven-year-old Mia.
