CHELSEA full back Marc Cucurella said he was “scared s***less” as Donald Trump crashed the Blues’ Club World Cup trophy lift.
The club’s triumphant moment in America turned to one of confusion when after meeting the players and delivering the trophy.



The US president stood next to as he lifted the trophy, leaving the players bemused.
opened up on the incident with Spanish journalist Gerard Romero, suggesting that the players were just as shocked as they looked on stage.
He said: “We had been told that, as a rule, would come to present us with the trophy and that we couldn’t lift it until he left.
“We were all there waiting for him to leave â but the guy didn’t want to leave â and on top of that, we looked at him and he said, ‘Lift it up, I’ll stay here’, and so on.
“I wondered who would say anything to him, you know... I was scared s***less.”
