A CORONATION Street star has given birth to her beautiful baby.

Kate Spencer, who is best known for playing soap villain Grace Vickers in Coronation Street from 2019 to 2022, has welcomed her first child with her husband.

She took to Instagram to reveal the happy news about baby Zach, writing: “Baby Zach burst into the world last week and safe to say, we are utterly besotted.

“Life will never be the same again, and for that, we are eternally grateful.”

Shortly before welcoming her baby, Kate shared how she was eating curries and going on long walks to induce labour.

In October last year, Kate revealed she was expecting.

Sharing a snap of her husband Paul kissing her on the cheek while she held onto a scan photo, Kate announced the joyous news.

In the caption of the post, she penned: “19 weeks of loving you, forever to go!

“Hugely grateful, blessed and unbelievably excited to be welcoming the next generation of the Walkers into our family in March 2026.”

Kate got married to Paul in June 2022.

After her wedding, Kate took to Instagram to share details from the day with her fans.

Sharing some photos, she penned: “An exceptional day, surrounded by our favourite people.

“We started off the day with the ceremony in the church I’ve attended since I was 5, 3 minutes walk from my childhood home and then we partied on down in an incredible warehouse, which was styled and decorated by us and our talented loved ones.”

She continued: “Our perfect combination of the Derbyshire Dales and industrial Sheffield.

“I grin and cry a lot anyway, but Saturday was taken to a whole new level.

“We really couldn’t have asked for more. So unbelievably grateful.”

Kate shot to fame in Coronation Street as Grace.

While in the ITV soap, she was a part of the first black family on the street.

Kate was nominated as Best Newcomer at the I Talk Telly Awards for her performance.

The stunning actress trained at Rose Bruford College, London and Columbia College, Chicago.
