“Officers investigating a sexual assault on a Victoria Line train would like to speak with him.
“At approximately 11:15 PM on Tuesday, 21 October, the 22-year-old victim was on the platform at Seven Sisters Underground station when a man approached her and attempted to engage in conversation.
“She boarded a southbound train, and the man followed her, taking a seat directly across before sexually assaulting her shortly thereafter.
“Officers believe the man in the image may have information that could assist their investigation.
“Anyone who recognizes him is encouraged to text BTP at 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, referencing 811 of 21 October.”
This alleged incident occurred just weeks before another woman reported a similar assault.
The victim entered the tube carriage and noticed a man staring at her, which made her feel uneasy, according to police.
When the train arrived at Upton Park three minutes later, the man allegedly assaulted the victim as he exited the train.
