Police have released new CCTV footage following an incident where a woman was attacked on a National Express bus.

Authorities reported that a woman was assaulted on the number 60 bus around 9 PM on September 23, while it was en route.

The incident is believed to have occurred as the bus traveled along Coventry Road in Sheldon.

Officers have now shared an image of a man they urgently seek to locate.

The individual was seen wearing a hat and a dark-colored jacket in the CCTV footage.

The number 60 bus route operates from Cranes Park, passing through Small Heath, Yardley, and Sheldon.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police stated: “Do you recognize this person?”

“We would like to speak with him regarding the assault on the number 60 bus that took place around 9 PM on September 23.”

“The bus was traveling on Coventry Road, Sheldon, heading towards Coventry.”

“We have conducted CCTV inquiries but have yet to identify this individual.”

Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward immediately.
