The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has urged Nigerians to come forward and report if he has ever accepted a bribe from anyone.
Olukoyede made this statement during an interview on ‘Sunday Politics’, a program on Channels Television that was monitored by DAILY POST.
He asserted that throughout his tenure in the public sector, he has never engaged in any fraudulent activities.
The EFCC chairman stated: “No Nigerian can claim that I’ve accepted money from them. I have never participated in any fraudulent activities during my service in the public sector."
“To the best of my knowledge, I conduct my work with utmost diligence, and I approach my responsibilities with complete commitment and loyalty to the mandate.”
