COLEEN Nolan’s son Shane has been forced to pull out of his gig last minute as he battles with a horror virus.
The singer, 37, was set to perform at the Village Hotel Club in on Saturday.

But took to his social media to give fans an update on his health after a week long illness meant he wasn’t in the position to perform.
He wrote: “Had to pull out of my gig tonight, very sorry to anyone who is there but last night was so hard after a week of that horrific virus.
“Voice just isn’t up to it.”
But the star, who performs in the The Shane Nolan Band, reassured fans that he was on the mend and would be back soon.
He added: “Back next week to finish the run. Have a good night tonight if you’re out and about and be safe.”
Just a few hours before he cancelled the show, Shane told fans that he had been ill all week but admitted the “show must go on”.
His fans have since raced to share their get well messages, with one writing: “Sorry to hear you’re ill.”
A second posted: “You need to get yourself well and healthy for you, your work and your family. Hopefully nobody complains that you can’t do tonight.”
Another added: “Oh no, that’s sad, but you did the absolute right thing – you need to heal. Focus on resting up and getting that voice back.”
It’s been a difficult time for Shane recently after his
TV personality and Shane’s mum confirmed that the tot was taken straight to A&E after developing an unusually high temperature.
The family were left worried with concern after Shane had also been dealing with a severe flu and a temperature of 102 at the same time that Cruz became ill.
Coleen revealed her family’s worry during her appearance as a panellist on last week.
The ladies were discussing getting the flu jab which resulted in Coleen revealing how her family had faced a worrying battle with flu recently.
Coleen said: “My son in the last couple of days, [flu] has hit him and he had a temperature of 102.
“They have Cruz, who is five weeks old, his temperature started to go up so they rushed him to A&E and it soon all starts to become a reality.”
Coleen added: “Kim, Shane’s partner, said A&E was packed out with people who were their with flu.”

They said at the time: “Welcome to this crazy world my son.
“Cruz-Carter was born on 13th November at 3am weighing 6lb 6 ounces.
“Words can’t express the love I have you for you already. I literally can’t stop staring at you.
“As for you @kimberley.s.6 , you are the strongest , bravest woman I know.
“Thank you for giving me a son, I can’t wait to go through this journey together as a family. I love you.”
He then included various hashtags with one of them stating “#dadlife”.
A chuffed Coleen celebrated becoming a grandmother again with a snap on Instagram, showing her cradling the tot and insisting she was “obsessed” with the new family arrival already.
