COLE PALMER has given a blunt update on his fitness.
The and England winger has only made a solitary appearance so far this season.

He was with a groin problem.
Palmer’s troublesome groin kept him on the sidelines for the Blues’ 2-0 win over west London rivals last weekend.
But the 23-year-old has teased an imminent return to the starting XI on Instagram in the form of a photo dump.
His accompanying caption for the post, which included a series of snaps of the latest ongoings in his life, read: “Soon back.”
Palmer’s comments section was flooded with replies from Chelsea fans eager to see him back in the starting XI.
And two of his team-mates even chimed in.
New Blues hitman Joao Pedro commented with a blue love-heart emoji.
Defender wrote: “Say swear.”

One footie fan said: “Can’t wait.”
And another said: “I pity because my boy here is going to show why he’s really cold.”
Although Palmer is seemingly confident of an imminent return to the starting XI, it’s unclear when he’ll next play.
Ahead of last week’s win over Fulham, Blues boss said of Palmer’s return: “Cole, we need to see day by day.”
Chelsea will be back in action on Saturday night, travelling across west London to take on Brentford.
They’ll then take on in their opening league phase match before a trip to Old Trafford to face Manchester United.
