ENGLAND and Chelsea star Cole Palmer has reportedly faced trouble after trying to launch his own range of soaps, scents and clothing.

He applied to trademark “Cole” for the brand but his application has seemingly been hit with opposition.

According to the Mirror, star applied to the UK’s Intellectual Property Office to use the name “Cole” over a range of beauty products, clothes, toys and games.

But after seeing paperwork – the Mirror say an opposition to the application has been lodged.

Palmer’s application reportedly shows an unidentified opponent to the application.

It has led to speculation about who the opposers are.

A Manchester-based firm was given the “Cole” trademark in 2020 to sell toiletries, while in 2017 a Kent-based clothes and sports kit brand also trademarked the name.

It’s also not the first time the Chelsea number 10 has experienced these types of issues.

He attempted to trademark his iconic “cold Palmer” celebration, but to protect their brand.

Palmer’s legal team removed wines from the application to put an end to the clash.

It comes after it was reported last week that .

Palmer Management Limited, the company which manages his non-football portfolio, has filed accounts for the year ending October 31, 2025 at Companies House.

And they show net assets of £3,071,803, compared to £1,271,676 12 months earlier.
