Cole Palmer to return to England squad after World Cup snub along with Rio Ngumoha and Alex Scott but summer icon OUT

COLE PALMER is set to return to the England squad after recapturing his form this season.

The star, 24, was left out of ’s World Cup squad in the summer after below-par performances for his club last term.

But Palmer has come back with a bang this campaign, scoring twice and assisting twice in his first four Premier League games under .

He is expected to be rewarded with a recall when Tuchel announces his squad on Friday for the four upcoming clashes against , , and the Czech Republic home and away.

Liverpool winger , 18, and Bournemouth midfielder , 23, are also both expected to be in Tuchel’s selection.
