Former Inter Milan star, Javier Zanetti has picked both Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain as the two teams that can win this year’s FIFA Club World Cup.
The ongoing 2025 Club World Cup started a few days ago in the United States of America and will end next month.
Speaking in a recent interview with Spanish newspaper AS, the Argentine said (via Madrid Universal): “A final between Inter and Madrid would be nice, yes (laughs).
“[But] Today I see PSG and Real Madrid [as favourites to win the Club World Cup], they are doing very well.”;
Real Madrid will clash with Al-Hilal, Pachuca and RB Salzburg in Group H.
PSG, on their part, will take on Botafogo, Seattle Sounders and Atletico Madrid in Group B.
Madrid have won the Club World Cup five times in the past, while the French Ligue 1 champions have never won it before.
