Recent footage has shown Brueckner snapping at reporters when confronted about the death of British toddler Maddie, who disappeared in 2007.
The German pedophile was identified as the prime suspect in 2020 while serving a seven-year sentence in Germany for the rape of a 72-year-old woman.
He was later released in September.
Authorities have not been able to compile a strong enough case against Brueckner linking him to Maddie.
Despite this, he remains the primary suspect, with prosecutors pledging this week to continue their efforts even if he attempts to flee the country.
When ITV film crews discovered his concealed forest hideout, they managed to capture Brueckner as he attempted to cycle away.
A reporter boldly asked: “Mr. Brueckner, did you kill her?”
However, before he could finish the question, the enraged man abandoned his bike and stormed over to confront the news team.

Authorities fear they may no longer be able to monitor him as his ankle tag will cease to function once he crosses the border.
However, prosecutors are determined to delay his departure and hope that new witnesses will allow them to build a fresh case against him.
This week, investigators, concerned he may vanish abroad, will request a court for a temporary travel ban until issues with the tracking equipment are resolved.

In an exclusive interview, prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters stated: “If he leaves, it will be incredibly challenging to continue monitoring him.
“But we don’t need Christian Brueckner here to keep investigating. He doesn’t communicate with us anyway.
“We will persist as long as we believe there is still evidence to uncover — and we are confident there is. One piece of forensic
