The boys, aged 11 and 14, perished in the Dnipropetrovsk region alongside two women.
This occurred as Putin focused on power plants essential for keeping families warm.
He continued to ignore calls for peace, resulting in the deaths of two more civilians in the Black Sea port of Izmail.
Moreover, his strikes left 58,000 people without power in Zaporizhzhia.
Russian forces targeted civilian areas just one day after five additional casualties were reported in air raids on the Donetsk region.
Ballistic missiles and 79 strikes were documented as being deployed.
In retaliation, Ukraine launched its own lethal drones against the southern Russian region of Krasnodar.
These drones were also said to have ignited a fire on a Putin “Shadow Fleet” oil tanker at a deep-water berth in the Black Sea port of Tuapse.
Reports indicated that the massive vessel, sailing under the Liberian flag and part of Putin’s sanctions-busting fleet, was ablaze.
The Russian president has stalled, all the while increasing attacks.
Military leaders last week approved the deployment of American long-range weaponry, which could significantly damage the tyrant’s military.
However, he has yet to authorize their use.
