At 33, she went make-up free and styled her hair in an updo while wearing green pajamas as she revealed her hidden struggles.

Speaking directly to the camera, she said: “Here I am again. I mentioned I was trying to go to bed early, but that hasn’t happened.

“I want to try to sleep before midnight, so I’ll be heading off soon.

“Guys, this is a bit of a serious topic. I feel like I might have .

“I haven’t been diagnosed, but I’m increasingly feeling like I lean toward ADHD.

“I know I’m on the spectrum; something isn’t right with me, and I definitely don’t feel normal.

“If anyone has ADHD, could you please help me?”

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a prevalent condition that impacts individuals' behavior.

According to the NHS, up to five percent of school-aged children and four percent of adults may experience symptoms of ADHD.

It often leads to symptoms such as inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness.

Charlotte, who is grappling with her health concerns, added: “I genuinely feel like I can’t complete my tasks; it’s like I have 100 tabs open in my mind.

“I get really frustrated with myself when I can’t finish everything I want to accomplish.”

She mentioned: “It’s the little things; it takes me a while to start what I’m doing, but once I do, I’m quick and get things done.

“But I just don’t know; I need help.”

In a message posted on Instagram, she said: “I’ve received numerous messages regarding my relationship with Matthew, and I wanted to be open with all of you as I navigate through this.

“I was completely shocked and devastated.

“While many of you have been kind and supportive, some have suggested that I sold this story for money.

“This is entirely false, and I would never do that to my family or myself.

“The story was sold by the other woman, and I have no idea who she is.

“I am extremely hurt, upset, and disappointed about this situation.

“It's challenging enough to go through something like this privately, let alone in public.

“My main focus right now is on my beautiful boys, as they are my top priority.

“Thank you to everyone who has shown their love and support. It is truly appreciated.”

At 31, she has been engaged to her fiancé.

In a separate video, she mentioned that her pace can vary from “slow” to “rapid” when completing tasks.

Charlotte added: “I feel like I am getting worse.

“I overthink everything. I don’t know; maybe I’m just being silly and strange.

“I’m not sure, but I definitely feel like I need to get a diagnosis for ADHD. What do you think?”
