Fuming Cara De La Hoyde reveals feud with Love Islander who ‘treated her like s**t’ & ‘looked like she’d spat on nan’

CARA De La Hoyde has claimed a fellow Love Island star ‘treated her like s***’ in an upsetting face-to-face interaction.

The 36-year-old and her now-husband won the dating show back in 2016 .

Speaking on the couple’s podcast Not In Front Of The Kids, Cara opened up about an exchange she’d had with another villa alum.

Cara explained that the fallout happened when she and Nathan attended Paramount+ crime drama MobLand’s

She continued: “I was in my seat, talking to nice blokes, got a podcast, funny.”

Cara said the group was approached by “someone else from a show that [she] was on”, referring to – but did not name the person.

She continued: “This person walked up to the people I was talking to, shut down the whole conversation.

“When I smiled at them to be like, “Hello, let’s all have a conversation together. I’ve never met you, nice to meet you”.

“Literally looked at me like I was a piece of s**t on their shoe and then just carried on having a whole new conversation with the people I was talking to.

“I just sat down at my big age of 36 and felt like s**t.”

Nathan remarked how ex-Love Island stars, including the two of them, are not A-list celebrities – and shouldn’t behave in such a manner.

While Cara added: “I don’t know what I’ve done. I’ve never met this bird in my life.

“And she looked at me as if I’d just spat on her nan or something.

“I know I’m 36 and I’m a mum-of-two, [but] it made me feel like absolute s**t.

“I just sat there and everyone’s carrying on this conversation. I sat down like, “Okay, I’ll just go F myself, shall I?”

One person commented: “Aww sorry you experienced that Cara but sounds like that person has serious insecurities and is jealous of you!

“Hold your head high queen.”

Another added: “They better put some respect on yall name! Yall helped make Love Island what it is today!”
