Canelo beat William Scull via unanimous decision in May to become the undisputed 168-pound champion for the second time in his illustrious career.
currently holds the WBA super-welterweight strap, but he will be jumping up two weight classes for the highly anticipated clash.
Bud hasn’t fought since August 2024, when he beat by unanimous decision to take the WBA junior middleweight title.
The 37-year-old southpaw makes his return to the ring for one of the biggest fights of all time, but he will have a battle on his hands to beat Canelo in his preferred division of super-middleweight.
Should Crawford be successful in Las Vegas, he will become the first man in the modern four-belt era to achieve undisputed status in three separate weight divisions.
