Hull 1 Brentford 1: Defensive horror show hands Bees battling point after McBurnie’s early penalty

BRENTFORD and Hull failed to lay claim to the European spots in the Premier League table after two defensive errors led to a 1-1 draw at the MKM Stadium.

The Tigers opened the scoring after Caoimhín Kelleher and Aaron Hickey’s reckless passing led to the latter giving away a penalty that was converted by Oli McBurnie before Dango Ouattara took advantage of another defensive error.
