LOVE Island’s Camilla Thurlow has revealed why her four-year-old daughter Nora still relies on a pram despite being able to walk.
The mum-of-three, 37, shared the candid update after a follower asked whether Nora could walk and explained they were facing a similar struggle with their own child.


Camilla said: “Nora can walk, but she wouldn’t understand the concept of walking in a particular direction to get somewhere, and she also has no understanding at all of safety.”
She continued: “She also , and in general walking is just much more tiring for her.”
The former reality star explained Nora “wouldn’t really walk on a day out” because she would not understand that she needed to stay with her family and “would just wander away”.


Camilla added: “So she has made plenty of progress but yes mainly we still use the pram like you and I know that feeling.”
She revealed she is now trying to find something bigger that would be more comfortable for Nora, who prefers being carried by her mum, but admitted: “that’s not a long-term option really”.
Camilla, who shares Nora with husband and fellow Love Island star Jamie Jewitt, previously revealed her daughter was diagnosed with in February 2025.
She has since described Nora as non-speaking and spoken candidly about the
Earlier this year, Camilla revealed Nora had begun alongside an increasing number of unexplained falls” and had been referred to a paediatrician for tests.
The couple, who met on in 2017 and married in 2021, are also parents to eldest daughter Nell and son Brodie.
Camilla previously admitted she does not know what the future will look like for Nora, saying: “There are so many unknowns ahead.”
