Rivers United suffered a big setback in their bid to qualify for the knockout round of the CAF Champions League after a 1-0 home defeat to Power Dynamos.
Both teams battled to a 0-0 draw in Ndola last weekend.
Kondwani Chiboni, however, scored the winning goal this time to help Power Dynamos secure maximum points.
Rivers United are now winless in Group C after four games.
Finidi George’s side also dropped to fourth position in the group with just one point.
The former Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions will host defending champions Pyramids FC of Egypt next Sunday.
