A BRITISH man has died from his injuries three months after an “unprovoked”;; attack during a night out in Spain.
Retired carpenter Marshall Latham, 68, was in a street on the Canary island Fuerteventuran in December.
He sustained a serious brain injury after smacking his head on the concrete floor â and tragically died on March 16 at the Walton Centre at Aintree Hospital.
The deadly attack happened when after Marshall, from Nantwhich, , had been out drinking with friends in the resort of Caleta de Fuste, on the east side of the island.
