AT LEAST two people have been killed and another three injured after a shooter opened fire in a busy convenience store.

Cops are now hunting down a 15-year-old boy who they believe orchestrated the deadly rampage in Campo Mourão, southern Brazil.

Harrowing footage from the shooting on Friday shows people running for cover and diving under tables to escape the shower of bullets.

CCTV reveals that the balaclava-earing suspect arrived on foot before pointing his gun into the shop and opening fire.

Police believe the killer was targeting a 40-year-old woman.

The woman was shot and has been taken to hospital in serious condition.

It is not clear what connection the woman had with the teenage suspect.

The gun rampage also killed two men named as Marcio Bertholdi Geraldo, 43, and Michael Zachytko Cavalcante, 38.

Another two people aged 23 and 41 were also wounded.

Police have now launched a major manhunt for the suspected shooter – a 15-year-old boy.

Police found drugs and explosives at the child’s home and arrested the mum of the teenager.

The State Secretariat of Public Security said the mum was charged with possession of two rounds of ammunition, narcotics, signal jamming antennas and explosives.

Convenience store Vip Empório – the site of the deadly attack – has expressed its “immense sadness” and “deepest condolences” to the loved ones of those who have been killed or injured.

In a statement, they wrote: “In this moment of mourning, we express our deepest condolences to the families of the victims, to the injured, and to all who have been deeply affected by this tragedy.

“We share the pain of the entire community in the face of such a sad event. We join in prayer for the victims, their families, and all those facing the consequences of this tragedy.”

Earlier this month a teen driver ploughed his car into a crowd of football fans before two men beat him up on the roadside.
