A TEENAGER has been apprehended following a series of eight indecent exposures involving women who were out walking or running.
From May to December 2025, authorities received eight reports of an individual exposing himself to women while they were exercising.

“The comprehensive investigation has been conducted in collaboration with our local partner agencies, and we extend our gratitude for their support.
