BRITAIN’S Got Talent erupted into all out war tonight as Simon Cowell and Alesha Dixon fought over a Golden Buzzer act.
Both judges pressed their buzzers for Ukrainian computer game troupe Anti-Gravity, sparking a VAR (Video Assistant Referee) review for the first time in the show’s history to see who hit it first.

VAR is famously used in the Premier League to help referees make tough decisions on things like offsides and goal line debates.
And it was essential tonight after Alesha, 47, threw herself onto the desk to beat Simon to the punch, though the show boss insisted his pinky made contact first.
“I’m not kidding, Alesha threw herself across the desk,” Simon told The Sun. “She actually injured herself! It’s how competitive people get.”
With the judges in a total frenzy, filming ground to a halt as the show’s producers scoured the high-speed playback to find out whose finger struck gold first.
Amanda Holden, who called it “out of this world”, was caught in the crossfire, with her microphone getting destroyed.
Simon loved it so much he tipped them as potential winners.
While the moment caught viewers off guard, it wasn’t as stomach-churning as an audition moment last week that sparked 89 Ofcom complaints.
Double act put hooks into various body parts to spin through the air.
One horrific moment in their performance saw one of the performers suspended on hooks threaded through the other person’s nipples and earlobes.
BGT host said to camera: “Obviously don’t try this at home, it’s very dangerous.”
turned to her fellow panellist during the performance and told him, “even you’re shocked,” as his usual calmness faltered.
But it got more intense as the duo walked towards the judges’ table while still attached to each other’s nipples, causing judge to run away in fear.
Alesha and Amanda voted to put them through while KSI opted against.
Deciding judge asked the audience, who erupted into cheers, resulting in them moving onto the next round.
