BEYONCE and Jay-Z’s big move to Britain has been rained off — because the land they had their eyes on is at risk of flooding.

The superstar US couple, worth a combined £1.5billion, were said to be buying a £7.5million 58-acre plot in the .

It had planning permission for a seven-bed property.

But insiders said , 44, and 99 Problems singer , 56, had turned their backs on the area after learning it was prone to flooding.

A source said: “ of land was the talk of the Cotswolds.

“So many locals were excited about them moving in.

“But the plan appears to have fallen through.

“The plot they were looking at has still not been sold and is now being developed by another couple.

“It’s a flood-prone area and that will definitely have put a dampener on proceedings — especially with all the rain we’ve had over the past month.”
