JOE HART lost his shoes after torrential rain smashed down ahead of the World Cup final in New York.
The former goalkeeper took to socials after his leisurely walk turned into an underwater scene with extreme weather conditions taking over the US.

Hart, 39, has been a familiar face on the BBC’s World Cup coverage and is set to feature in its finale coverage.
Speaking on Instagram Stories, Hart joked: “The weather is absolutely banging here.
“The shoes are off, trainers are ruined…”
