ATALANTA star Nikola Krstović was left covered in blood after being booted in the head as three were sent off and Borussia Dortmund were eliminated from the Champions League.
There were stunning scenes in the Champions League play-off second leg as Italian side Atalanta mounted an incredible comeback against their German rivals, who had held a 2-0 lead from the first leg.

In the last minute of injury time, Atalanta were on the attack with a chance to win the tie on aggregate.
Nikola Krstović had climbed off the bench and found himself ready to head the ball into the back of a goalkeeperless Dortmund net.
However, the Montenegrin only found himself on the receiving end of a boot from Ramy Bensebaini.
Bensebaini, 30, had attempted to clear the ball with a trailing leg.
He lifted his boot high and connected with the ball, but also saw his boot connect with the face of Krstović.
