The Gunners threw away a 2-0 lead against bottom of the table Wolves and Arteta has called on his players to “write their own destiny” between now and the end of the season.

Arsenal have taken just ten points from the last 21 on offer and have let their lead at the top of the table slip to five points over title rivals Man City.

Tottenham may be struggling down in 16th place, but when the North London Derby comes around anything can happen – especially with new boss Igor Tudor in the dugout for Spurs.

However, Arteta has said that his team have “analysed everything that Tudor has done in his career in different clubs” in order to prepare for Sunday’s clash.

Arteta has revealed that both and could return to the side after missing the last few weeks with injuries.

The Arsenal boss said: “We have to wait until tomorrow but there is a big possibility that they are available.”

is also available despite going off injured during Wednesday’s draw.

PREDICTED LINEUP

Arteta may have to make some changes purely from a fitness perspective.

Arsenal have played three times since Tottenham last took to the pitch and players like Martin Zubimendi and Jurrien Timber looked tired on Wednesday.

Arteta will still have to go strong, however, given the importance of getting a result in the title race and getting one over on their local rivals.

Timber may be rested with coming in to replace him, while could also come in for Piero Hincapie.

As tired as they may look, it is hard to see a world in which Zubimendi and don’t start this game.

Martin Odegaard could return after his injury and will likely have and Leandro Trossard either side of him.

Both and are fit, but Arteta tends to opt for the Swede up top when he can.

PREDICTED XI: Raya, Calafiori, Gabriel, Saliba, White, Zubimendi, Rice, Odegaard, Trossard, Gyokeres, Saka

SUNSPORT PREDICTS

Arsenal have definitely wobbled, but Tottenham are almost the perfect opponents to get them back on track.

Not because Spurs have been so poor this term, but more so that Arsenal will have no choice but to be up for this game.

Tottenham are struggling for fit first-team players and Arsenal should have enough to get a win over their relegation-scrapping neighbours.
