ARSENAL chiefs Josh Kroenke and Richard Garlick have revealed they are assessing plans to redevelop the Emirates Stadium.
The 60,000-seater venue was first opened 20 years ago but is yet to have a makeover.

Meanwhile, neighbours and rivals have since opened a bigger ground just a few miles away.
But club officials Kroenke and Garlick are now determined to exceed them off the pitch once again.
legend asked the duo about their stadium plans during an episode of The Overlap – brought to you by Sky Bet – earlier this week.
And Garlick explained: “There’s always ambition about growing the club in every way we can – facilities, the stadium, the training ground, the supporters around the world…
“Whatever it is, we’ve got plans. We’ve been looking at this for a while now and looking at the options.
“It’s been 20 years since we moved to the Emirates, so it’s a good time to assess what we might do and how we might go about things.”
Kroenke went on to add: “It’s a beautiful stadium. We have the and other facilities un the United States, so we’re going to be working on best practices to try to bring that over here and really give the Arsenal supporters something special.”
The SoFi Stadium, located in California, has a capacity of 70,000 and is widely regarded as one of the best sports venues in the world.

The demand for match tickets and season tickets has become overwhelming in recent years.
And that will likely increase given their recent success.
One proposal could involve major construction work that may force and his players into a temporary relocation.
The Gunners could also focus on increasing hospitality areas and premium seating to dramatically boost matchday income.
