The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nentawe Yilwatda, has encouraged new members to engage actively in all party activities, assuring them of equal rights and opportunities within the party.
He made this statement after welcoming 66,400 defectors who joined the ruling APC from opposition parties in the state during a ceremony at the Dutse Mini Stadium.
Yilwatda noted that the large number of people leaving opposition parties for the APC, both in the state and nationwide, indicates that citizens are pleased with the APC-led administration.
