ANGELA Rayner and Andy Burnham held a secret summit on Friday night – just as Sir Keir Starmer was battling to cling on to his scandal-hit premiership.

The bombshell revelation will fuel rumours the pair are hatching a plot and the PM could face a leadership challenge within weeks.
