Andrew is shown fawning over the “really, really good news” and boasting about multi-billion pound government deals in the works.
Only weeks later, Epstein appeared to set up an under-the-table date between the sweat-free royal and a mysterious young Russian woman.
Epstein was locked up for 18 months in July 2009, but later released to serve a farcical house arrest term at his Palm Beach mansion for a year.
After his release, the notorious pervert sent an email to Andrew and his ex-wife on July 24, 2010 which reads: “I will be in Paris starting tomorrow.”
“Congratulations!” Andrew replies, from an email account named “The Duke”.
“[Fergie] told me you were allowed out yesterday. How long in Paris for? I am back in London from 16th. A.”
Epstein fired back: “I’m totally complete and done. Will be in Paris for a while. . There is so much opportunity here. I’ve had non stop all day meetings and my friends are super flush with cash, and nothing to do.
“Let’s get moving. i.e. Leon Black is sitting with 20 billion dollars, and hungry for deals.”
An excited Andrew then replied: “Really, really good news. If you are in Paris around the 16th I’ll be across to pay homage to your new life ahead!”
He added: “And as far as things to do I have, with DS, a good brain to make things happen. Even looking at purchases from government of up to £3B each.”
Andrew signed the email off with “HRH The Duke of York KG”.
Around two weeks later, Epstein allegedly arranged for Andrew to meet a 26-year-old Russian model.
On August 11, 2010, Epstein emailed Andrew saying: “I have a friend who I think you might enjoy having dinner with …”
Andrew replied the next day: “Of course. I am in Geneva until the morning of 22nd but would be delighted to see her. Will she be bringing a message from you? Please give her my contact details to get in touch.”
Describing the woman to Andrew, Epstein wrote: “She 26 russian clever (sic) beautiful trustworthy and yes she has your email.”
Andrew responded: “That was quick! How are you? Good to be free?”
It has not been confirmed whether the pair actually met.

The emails are among a cache released by the US Department of Justice in January and appear to show .
They were exchanged just months before the now-infamous photograph of Andrew and Epstein strolling through Central Park in December 2010.
In his 2019 Newsnight interview, Andrew insisted he visited Epstein’s mansion to end the friendship.
He said he regretted staying at the property and admitted he had “let the side down”.
But further messages from 2010 and early 2011 appear to contradict that account.
On January 2, 2011 – just weeks after the Central Park meeting – Andrew wrote to Epstein: “Thank you so much for sorting this last thing out for me.”
In another email sent while Epstein was under house arrest, Andrew wrote: “It would be good to catch up in person.”
Representatives for Andrew have been approached for comment on the latest allegations.
It comes after Andrew was arrested last month on suspicion of misconduct of public office following allegations he shared sensitive information with Epstein during his time as trade envoy.
He has denied any wrongdoing.
Within hours of his detention, issued a statement confirming his “wholehearted support and co-operation” with the .

The former British ambassador to the US was later released on bail pending further investigation.
