Amanda posed by some palm trees in a Melissa Odabash triangle bikini and completed the look with a pair of oversized, gold-framed sunglasses.
She stayed hydrated by sipping on a fresh coconut and posted the photos to Instagram.

Amanda is married to Chris Hughes and they are parents to daughters Alexa, 20, and Hollie, 14.
