He then revealed the strange moment he interacted with as she walked through the paddock.
He said: “How about me at Monaco? How about this? So the security guards were having a pop at me, trying to say to me the usual ‘not there, not there sir, no, no.’
“I could see her walking towards and I was like ‘look I’m just standing out of the way because she’s coming through with her entourage. But no they weren’t having it and he literally pushed me straight into Kim.
“There I was next to her, walking alongside her like her sugar daddy, for a period, about a second! I was hoping somebody was going to take a picture but they didn’t.”
Kim missed Lewis with Ferrari at the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix on Sunday.
Although, she wasn’t there to celebrate with him, she did post a picture of the moment he crossed the line with a love heart emoji.
Kim’s presence was also felt in the Mercedes garage after she sent Kimi Antonelli a gift to replace in Monaco.
Amusingly, she sent a replacement towel to the 19-year-old in Spain.
A video shared online showed Kimi given a new white towel, with the words: “To Kimi from Kim”.
