AFTER triumphing on BBC One’s The Celebrity Traitors, Alan Carr was supposed to be the number one target for the corporation.

Instead, he seems to have hit the jackpot, with the holy trinity of streaming giants – , and – lining him up for jobs.

The rest of this year is now looking so busy for , who’ll also be preparing for a nine-month stand-up tour next year, that he’ll struggle to include any new projects.

Last week Disney+ confirmed he was making , which features him renovating a castle.

And last year I exclusively revealed how he and pal were set to make a series for Netflix.

But I can also reveal that he has another show coming up with Amazon Prime Video – one that will see him go on tour with other comedians.

An insider said: “The Beeb is likely to be peeved for multiple reasons, the first being he had a huge boost on one of their shows but he hasn’t announced anything new with them yet.

“Also they’d be forgiven for feeling a tad irked by the fact that he already has the Greek Job, Italian Job and Spanish Job renovation shows on the Beeb with his pal Amanda.

“Now he’s making another renovation show for rival Disney+.

“It even has a flavour of The Traitors too, as it all revolves around a castle.

“Then there’s the fact his Netflix show will see him go off to the streamer with Amanda too.

“Now Prime Video completes the line-up of jobs with the big three streamers, and with their money and international audience it will be hard to come up with offers likely to tempt Alan back to do more terrestrial telly.”

The BBC does still boast Alan as host of their Saturday night game show Picture Slam, which aired last autumn.

Although a new series has yet to be confirmed.

His murder trial kicks off and exposes a dangerous and long-buried secret that leads to chaos both inside the force and across the criminal underworld.

Meanwhile, with three years under their belts as response officers, Constables Grace Ellis (), Tommy Foster (), and Annie Conlon () are pushed to their limit as they struggle to keep the peace on the streets.

In another big return, disgraced former inspector “Jonty” Johnson (Jonathan Harden) is back on the BBC show for an episode which promises to answer important questions from the past.

BBC Drama commissioning editor Nick Lambon said: “Gerry Cliff was such an integral part of series one, so to have Richard Dormer back alongside our talented cast is a dream come true.”

Filming for the -winning series is set to get underway in Northern Ireland soon.
