TWO Afghan teenage rapists were reportedly allowed to roam the streets for a month despite admitting the brutal rape of a 15-year-old girl.

, both 17, had arrived in Britain months before targeting the girl in the disturbing attack in a park in Leamington Spa, , on May 10.

They frog-marched her to a secluded area before the attack.

She managed to take some phone footage and could be heard crying “you’re going to rape me” as she was forced away.

The pair were arrested days after the attack and at magistrates’ in October both admitted rape of a child.

But the vile pair were reportedly not placed in youth detention until weeks later, according to the Daily Mail.

Instead, they were separately remanded into the care of social services and left free to wander, with orders to stay at their accommodation between the hours of 7pm and 7am.

The decision branded “shocking” by Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp.

He said: “It is shocking that these dangerous Afghan criminals – who brutally raped a 15-year-old girl – were allowed to roam free for a month.

“Women and girls are not safe under this Labour government. The system is simply not working.”

And Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick added that the “vile individuals” should be “sent back to Afghanistan, never to return”.

The victim recorded the attack, but the footage is so harrowing it would trigger a riot if published, one of the defence lawyers said.

As they were sentenced on Monday, the court heard their 15-year-old victim was ignored by a passer-by as she pleaded for help.

Jahanzeb was locked up for ten years and eight months. Niazal was handed nine years and ten months.

Sickening footage from Jahanzeb’s account has also , Warwickshire, where he raped the girl mere hours earlier.

The clip, posted the following day and hours before the youths were arrested, shows Jahanzeb posing in a white tee-shirt with a Louis Vuitton logo and jeans .

He struts around over the sound of a popular Pashto song called Yari Tawan Lari.

It comes after it was revealed the two migrants where officers play Jenga with inmates to boost their self-esteem.

The pair also have access to barista training and hairdressing workshops, plus arts and craft sessions, film nights and so-called enrichment days.

They are in single cells with their own showers and phones and have a desk and laptop, plus TV and DVD player.

They get to use the gym at least five times per week.

Jahanzeb turns 18 in less than a month and will be automatically deported after serving his sentence.

The court heard his date of birth is unknown, so an “age assessment” was carried out by specialists.

He made three failed attempts to cross the Channel – including two when his boat was cut up by French – before succeeding on the fourth try in January.

Niazal pleaded guilty to the rape a day before he turned 17 – meaning he cannot be automatically deported. He is still awaiting the outcome of his asylum claim, having arrived in the UK in November last year.

His barrister, Joshua Radcliffe, suggested he may still be able to “make a life for himself in this country” when he is released.
