Lavie was arrested on Wednesday, July 29, in Beverly Hills on an outstanding felony warrant stemming from an Idaho police investigation.

Lavie already faces several theft-related charges, including residential burglary, in Los Angeles County for which she was on an electronic monitor tag.

When Beverly Hills officers took Lavie into custody, she had removed her electronic ankle monitor, court papers revealed.

Authorities in Riverside County, California, said Lavie, also known as Mia Ventura, allegedly stole from two separate victims at an Airbnb rental on Spiaggia Place in Indio on April 2025.

One instance involved an alleged theft of a $8,600 Rolex, $700 Louis Vuitton sunglasses, an $1,800 Louis Vuitton card holder and the victim’s disabled parking pass, police said.

Surveillance footage from inside the home appeared to show Lavie taking the victim’s property from his Tesla, investigators said.

The victim, who identified himself to as Oscar, said he felt “violated”.

It is understood Lavie had been staying at an Airbnb with Oscar during the 2025 Coachella music festival.

He called the police once he noticed the alleged theft.

Another victim in Idaho claims Lavie stole a Rolex watch valued at $25,000 after the two shared a room.

When the luxury watch went missing, the victim suspected Lavie and reported the theft to police.

The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office did not file charges against Lavie due to “insufficient evidence,” according to the Indio Police Department.

Lavie was previously in 2025, to which she pleased not guilty.

Lavie’s bail conditions included not being able to leave California without permission, the stripping away of her passport and the instalment of an ankle monitor.

Prosecutors say between 2023 and 2025 Lavie trawled through online platforms and developed close relationships with wealthy older men.

Police allege she posed as a girlfriend and travel companion to older men to gain access to their homes, before pilfering from her unsuspecting victims.

But before her 2025 arrest, Lavie had already made a name for herself in Hollywood with people warning to look out for her.

Speaking after the recent LA arrest, Oscar said: “We don’t really know how this is going to go, but it’s a step forward that we’ve been waiting for.

“Hopefully, she can be brought to justice.”

She will have to appear in Riverside County for the April 2025 grand theft charges after she is set to make a courtroom appearance in LA County on July 31.
