Nigerian businessman and internet personality, Isaac Fayose, has warned Nigerians against re-electing President Bola Tinubu in 2027, saying the petroleum pump price may hit N5,000.
Fayose gave the warning in a video he posted on his Facebook page while reacting to a poster of Tinubu that featured the president’s son, Seyi Tinubu.
DAILY POST reports that a poster welcoming the president to Lagos State last week had the image of the president, his wife, and his son, a situation Fayose perceived as abnormal.
According to him, 2027 provides an opportunity for Nigerians to take back their country, stressing that the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led government is careless about the plight of Nigerians.
He said, “These people will not come back. Let our votes come in bulk or else you will buy fuel at N5,000 per liter.
“It is going to be a thing of family heritage. You, your children, your unborn children will be in bondage forever. This is the first time we will have a government of the family, by the family, and for a family.
“It is time to take the country back. Don’t be scared that your votes will not count. They told us that if they remove the fuel subsidy, they will be saving at least one billion dollars every month. How much have they saved now?”
