The 30-year-old also denies impeding the woman’s breathing by applying pressure to her neck and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm.
On Monday, Barrientos told the Western Australian District Court that he “fancied” the woman when she approached him after his set at Bar1.
The social media celebrity said: “I was standing in the VIP (area) and she was standing in the general area and she leant over a barrier and said something to me.
“I fancied her and we got chatting.
“The vibes were good, and she had a really good energy about her.”
The alleged victim previously told the court that the rapper plied her with tequila shots before he “put his hands down my pants and said ‘you’re coming home with me tonight’”.
Barrientos denied the allegations, but said he recalled putting his hand on her waist.
He also denied giving the woman tequila shots, saying the drinks were handed around by the bar manager.
At about 3am local time, Barrientos and the woman left the venue alongside the influencer’s crew.
They drove to the Intercontinental Hotel before the musician took her to room 217 where the pair had consensual sex, he said.
“The sex was great”, he told the court from a witness box, adding that there was “grunting and moaning in a good way”, the Daily Mail reports.
Barrientos allegedly became violent during consensual sexual intercourse and did not stop when the woman withdrew her consent and started to cry, the court previously heard.
In court on Monday, the rapper denied choking and slapping the woman but said he did bite her.
Barrientos said: “In England we would call it a love bite.”
The woman allegedly suffered multiple injuries during the suspected assault.
She was said to have sustained extensive bruising to her face and neck, as well as a bite wound on her right breast that ended up requiring a tetanus shot.
The jury was shown images of the woman’s alleged injuries including photos of deep bruising and bite marks on the woman’s face and neck.
The young woman previously told the court she handed her phone to a member of Barrientos’ entourage in the van that took them to the hotel.
But it was allegedly not returned to her despite numerous requests.
Barrientos agreed the phone was taken from her, which he said is “standard practice for someone in the limelight to protect privacy”.
