XANDER SCHAUFFELE has unveiled his PGA Champions dinner menu â as he bids to continue his smoking hot form.
The 2024 winner says he wants to please everyone with his selection â but has thrown in a rather personal gift.

Apart from a five-coursemeal, includingWagyu beef, the World No 3 will hand each guest a humidor stuffed with cigars.
is known for his taste in such items â holding a Montecristo in hand on both occasions after and last year.
He said: “I think the gift is pretty fitting for everyone.
“I think they’ll enjoy it, and if they don’t like it, they can re-gift it pretty easily. Pretty on brand, I guess, a humidor and some cigars.”;;
Deciding the menu is a title-holders’ traditions at the PGA Championship.
And although the cigars might be an eyebrow-raising addition to his choice, Schauffele reckons he has played it straight down the middle with his food options.
Fellow superstars like, and will be at the dinner on Tuesday.
And Schauffele has gone for a wide array of appetisers from which every guest will surely pick at least one winner.
The Californian’s starting choices include smoked goat cheese dates, pickled watermelon, clams casino shooters and steak and bleu cheese crostini.
Then comes the main course, where he has upgraded to even moreexotic offerings.
Schauffele’s list boasts Wagyu New York strip, paired with blackened jumbo shrimp.
It’s topped with a bourbon bone marrow reduction â a method of using marrowto add flavour.
That might be too refined for some guests â so perhaps that’s why Schauffele went for sweet and safe with his dessert selections.
The carb frenzy â infused with liquor â includes a banana split covered in rum sauce and a strawberry shortcake with Chambord syrup.
Schauffele then revealed his taste-bud tactics.
The 31-year-old revealed: “I didn’t go do anything unique.
“I’d say it was sort of middle of the road, a steak option, a fish option.
“I wanted everyone to be happy or to be able to eat whatever they’d like.”;;
