She is part of the troupe entertaining fans and players with pom poms in hand, three years after her appearance on the show.
Lacey, 29, participated in series eight of the ITV show alongside Michael Owen’s daughter, Gemma, in 2022.
The Swindon sweetheart entered the villa on Day 45 as a surprise contestant.
She quickly coupled up with Deji Adeniyi.
However, her time at Casa Amor in Mallorca was just four days.
Lacey and Deji were voted out as the "least compatible" couple by their fellow contestants.

“I was thrilled to enter as a bombshell; it was a lot of fun, and I was eager to see if I could catch anyone's eye.
“There were many strong couples, but I’m glad Deji found me attractive – I did my part.”
Just a few weeks later, she admitted they were struggling.
Lacey told The Sun: “Right now, it’s challenging to see each other, but Deji and I FaceTime almost every day.
“We’re still in touch; he just hasn’t asked me out on a date yet – I’m not happy about that. I’m waiting for it and keep dropping hints. Come on, Deji!”
Lacey made her Ally Pally dancing debut last year after successfully auditioning for the role.
PDC officials were clearly impressed and invited her back for another year at the oche.
