But some won’t be so lucky.

Data from SeatPick has revealed which of the 16 stadiums across , and the will offer the best deal.
From the Wetherspoons-friendly price of £2.04 ($2.72) to a whopping £10.49 ($14), find out below how much a pint will cost you at the 48-team tournament.
1. Estadio Akron (Zapopan), Guadalajara – £2.04
It doesn’t get cheaper than this.
Located about 200km away from the Pacific West coast, in the Mexican state of Jalisco, the Estadio Akron is home to local team C.D. Guadalajara.
The 49,813-capacity stadium opened its doors in 2010, but fans licking their lips in excitement should take note of the stadium’s remote location.
2. Estadio Azteca, Mexico City – £2.04
Fans travelling to Mexico’s capital city will be pleased to know the tourist-friendly stadium also offers the cheapest pints.
One of the most iconic grounds in the world, Estadio Azteca can fit 87,523 fans and will host three group matches, one last-32 match and another last-16 fixture – .
3. Estadio BBVA, Monterrey – £4.35
Further North in Monterrey, pints at the Estadio BBVA are double the cost but still at an affordable price point.
Fans seated in the North-Western section of the ground have an added bonus.
They will be able to see the towering Cerro de la Silla mountain, which has a peak of nearly 6,000 ft, in the stadium’s backdrop.
4. BC Place, Vancouver – £6.37
One of only two World Cup grounds in Canada, BC Place in the far-Western province of British Columbia will offer the cheapest pint in the Land of the Maple Leaf.
The Vancouver-based stadium will host seven matches including a last-32 and last-16 tie.
5. Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta – £6.37
The Stadium offers the cheapest pints in the United States.
On top of being treated to a stunning exterior design, fans will get the most bang for their buck inside the ground with a three-tiered arena offering layered views of the pitch.
6. Gillette Stadium, Foxborough – £6.43
Located in the North-East state of , fans travelling to the Gillette Stadium can grab pints for under £7 each.
And that is a rare occurrence in the pricey United States.
7. BMO Field, Toronto – £6.75
There are only five non-US stadiums that will host the World Cup.
Yet all five of them, rounded off by the BMO Field in Toronto, feature in the top seven cheapest places to buy a pint.
This stadium has the smallest capacity of all 16 grounds, even after its planned expansion to hold about 45,000 spectators.
8. Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City – £6.90
The Arrowhead Stadium, which houses four-time champions , is the final ground which sells a pint for just under £7.
Remarkably, it only cost £17 million to build in 1972.
9. Lumen Field, Seattle – £7.28
Right in the middle of the pack, a pint at Lumen Field in Seattle will set fans back just north of £7.
10. AT&T Stadium, Arlington – £7.28
Statistically, are most likely to play at this ground.
The AT&T Stadium will host nine World Cup fixtures, the most out of all 16 grounds, this summer.
Besides five group matches, a pair of last-32 fixtures, one last-16 clash and a blockbuster semi-final game is set to be held here.
11. Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia – £8.43
With a capacity of almost 70,000 fans, the Lincoln Financial Field is the home ground of defending Super Bowl champions .
This is where we cross the £8 mark, bordering towards absurd prices.
12. Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens – £8.99
This stadium has hosted many marquee sporting events, such as the Super Bowl, Wrestlemania and ATP tournament.
As such, it is no surprise that beers will not come cheap in this party city.
Inside the stadium, there isn’t a bad seat in the house, regardless of how high or low you are.
13. NRG Stadium, Houston – £9.59
The NRG Stadium will host seven World Cup matches.
Fans should budget upwards of £9 per pint in Houston, .
14. MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford – £9.74
If you have a ticket to the World Cup final, be prepared to pay almost £10 for a pint in .
Unlike most modern builds, the MetLife is entirely open-air with no retractable roof despite a construction cost of almost £1 billion.
Fans will be exposed to the elements and may have to protect their expensive pints from unpredictable conditions.
15. Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara – £10.49
Home of the 49ers, this ground is one of only two stadiums that will sell pints for more than £10 a pop.
It was built in 2014, at a cost of about £775 million.
16. SoFi Stadium, Inglewood – £10.49
Finally, the joint-most expensive pint can be found in the other California-based World Cup stadium.
The newly-built stadium, opened in 2020, is home to the Los Angeles-based teams of the Rams and Chargers.
For shelling out the big bucks, fans will be treated to the largest LED content playback system ever deployed, the Infinity Screen, which hangs from the stadium’s roof.
