A WOMAN has allegedly been sexually assaulted while she was out walking, as cops have launched an appeal for information.
Cops say the attack happened around 4pm on June 23 while the woman was on a trail path between Country Park and Walsall Arboretum.

The suspect is said to be an older man, around 5ft 8ins tall, white and slim with blue eyes and short, patchy grey .
He was wearing a round neck t-shirt, long trousers and a lightweight jacket.
said: “We understand how concerning incidents of this nature can be and we’re working tirelessly on the investigation.
“We are appealing for witnesses to come forward and we’re particularly keen to hear from people who may have been in the location at the same time and who may have mobile footage to please contact us.”
The force added a full search of the area was carried out and the woman is being supported.
Extra officers have also been patrolling around Walsall Arboretum.
